Louis v/d Westhuizen will now start at 2 and take on the role as Vice Captain with stand-by player Lodewikus Jacobs joining the team on Friday. This comes after Torsten van Jaarsveld’s bicep muscle injury during Tuesday’s training session.

Ruan Ludick has been selected to replace Tjiuee Uanivi at 5 after suffering lower back muscle strain in the match against Uruguay and not recovering sufficiently for a tough encounter against Chile.
